Bought an office chair for my new boss $375 (from Amazon) 45 days later one of the wheels snapped off. Amazon does NOTHING since it's past 30 days. I get a referral from La Z Boy to True Innovations as a repair service. What a joke! Emailed (as recommended) 3 times and no one ever responds. Call La Z Boy back again &;;;;;;;;; waited 55 minutes on hold and no one ever picked up. Embarassing! User's recommendation: Never!
