Purchased a Double Leather Recliner for $2400. After trying to adjust to the chair after 2 weeks I contacted the store and they refused to take the chair back and not even would give me a fair exchange. My husband is 73 and fell getting out of the chair. Chair wasn't safe. the Manager at the store hung up on me so I wrote to the CEO of LazBoy and their reply was that the dealer had to handle this. Would not shop there and very disappointed. User's recommendation: Be careful when shopping there. Customer Service is not for the customer.
