Update by user Jun 11, 2021 no developements Original review posted by user Jun 10, 2021 I have to keep a block behind my chair side to keep it from flipping me out backwards on my head. It has flipped me over a couple of times, and it is hard to get out of the chair. It took me 30 minutes and hurt my back and neck. Is there a way to fix this? This chair cost me 500 dollars I believe and it should be more reliable. User's recommendation: I keep a block by my chair.
