Ordered two large 2 topping pizzas for $20 from the Papa Johns in Lafollette, TN. This was an online order for delivery, paying with cash. After placing the order I received email with delivery details. Delivery time was two hours. I called the store and simply asked if we could change the order from delivery to carryout. The guy tells me we will still be charged a delivery fee. Seriously? When my wife is using our gas and our car to pick up our order and they expect us to pay them $3.50 for delivery?! I'm surprised he didn't ask for a tip, too! I tried to explain that it's not like we used a credit card, this was cash. He wouldn't budge. So I canceled the order. Needless to say I won't be ordering from these scam artists anymore.
