CENLAR is a shell corporation to avoid direct litigation against CitiMortgage. The 1st Trust deed on our property has been paid in FULL since July 16, 2020. CitiMortgage remains delinquent in satisfying their obligation to file a reconveyance to remove their name as the lien holder of said 1st trust deed. In my state (CA) they have violated the law if they have not sent us that document in 30 days. User's recommendation: AVOID ALL CITI FINANCIAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES.
