I needed a service and can’t get it

I called Tesla phone number, it prompts you to pick 1 for vehicle and 2 for energy, I I picked 2 for energy , the automated system tells you no response was selected and hangs up the phone on you. I have been trying to contact them for the past 2 days and the same thing keeps on happening. Tesla sucks
