I need technician to come to my home and reset solar panel box. I am 74 and can’t do it myself

I was told last week that this week I would receive a call from a technician to schedule an appointment for them to come and fix the problem as there was a disconnect on 5/17/21. Tomorrow is Friday, 6/111/21 and i have not been contacted. Please have a technician call 559-731-**** to set up appointment to fix the problem.
