I have 3 transaction last month that being remarks as being completed but my recipient inform me that they dont receive the remittance that I send them. Pls provide me a reason why it was said being completed and was not able to reach to my recipient bank account and was deducted in my bank account. I have penalty imposed on that. No one inform me that my transaction is not complete. I send remittance for house payment every month.
