Hello I bought a pair of earphones from a store called XPOKO on your platform. This device has troble with hearing the voice while talking. I mean the conversation partner cant hear clearly my voice and it doesnt work properly. I opened the dispute and asked for the refund but you closed it and didnt pay me my refund. How did you judge???? Im not satisfied because your judgement wasnt fair.
