Because what I need help with isn’t in the help tab on the app itself. Obviously if it was there then I wouldn’t be trying to call

Because y'all have a hold on $41 of my money when the ride didn't cost that much & because of this hold I can't get my kids a Lyft to school in the morning so can you release my extra money & only hold how much the ride cost. I need my extra money back. Yall have never held this much before and Ive been using Lyft since school started back 2 wks ago
