Re-activate of Grab Passenger Account

I would like to request to re-activate my account. I had two phone number with one device. I admitted i had breach the rules by login two account in one device as I'm not aware it is disallow before my account was suspended. I'm a loyalty Grab customer and spend around thousand ringgit every month in Grab. Loss of Grab account create many troublesome to me. Hope and beg that Grab may re-activate my account to allow to be continue as a Grab loyalty customer.
