Don't Buy from PALM BEACH JEWELRY. I purchased 2 rings from PALM BEACH JEWELRY through WALMART. I had a beautiful looking 5 marquise fake diamond ring. I was wearing it and the biggest marquise fell out. I called customer service about it and the person told me to keep it and he would credit me. I asked if he wanted it back and he said no . I still have the worthless Ring. I also had a leaf design ring which I did send back. I only got credit for ONE RING. I even spent over $8. To send ring back. Every time I called, which was 4, I was told something different. One guy said it was a delay refunding because of something to do with Walmart. I WAS TOLD BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN 2 SEPARATE PHONE CONVERSATIONS THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY MONEY FFG OR THE 2ND RING WITHIN 48 HRS. I am very patient. This has been ongoing since January. This last time I called, the man argued with me about everything. He was VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME PRETTY MUCH THAT THE OTHERS DIDN'T SAY WHAT I TOLD HIM THEY SAID. I HAVE BEEN IN SALES FOR 25 YEARS. THIS IS NOT HOW TO DO BUSINESS. User's recommendation: Don't Buy from PALM BEACH JEWELRY or anyone who sells their jewelry.
