Need to cancel my account has been in negative for a month now

My checking account is messed up now and Im trying to cancel all I can before my next check so it wont be ate up and Netflix was on the list to cancel. Everyone that was trying to charge my account since its been in the negative I get charged $35. When I called to cancel I told them this and I did ask for a refund, I didnt get the refund and 2 days later I got a notice from Netflix telling me that they were cutting me off because my payment didnt go through and my account was charged $35. I called back and they denied having any done anything like that and didnt want to talk anymore of my me off the phone fast enough User's recommendation: Netflix tells you one thing and does another then doesn’t own up to what they really do. One day they offer you free Netflix and when you go to register they bill you for it. Then turn right around and send you another notice to get it free again. I hate doing business with them. They charged me 2 times in one month and I never got anything back and never got Netflix.
