I have tried to return equipment and have been unable. You are closed on weekends when someone is available to drive me. I am 71. The equipment was at 1004 Oakmont Road.

I have moved to 700 Clendenin St. Apt. 310 Charleston, WV and need someone to pick the old equipment up. Due to my age, and I don't drive. Suddenlink started a new account for me when I moved, so I want to clear my record. I cannot walk well do to a stroke. Phone 304-553-****. I cannot start email until this is cleared up.
