Parcel sent to wrong address

I sent a parcel on May 4th to Claire Mustard at 198 Old River Rd. Mallorytown, ON K0E 1R0 Somewhere in transit the name of the town was changed to Markham. I have used this service to send parcels to them in the past with no problem. The parcel has been balanced from Glencoe to Etobicoke to Kingston back to Etobicoke and to Markham. I am furious! Get it corrected! User's recommendation: Don’t let up if you are not getting the correct service.
