CAN’T FIND OUT WHERE MY PARCEL IS

Called customer service --- don't know why its called Customer Service as they are no help at all. I am a senior and they want to send a text and email --- I have neither --- having someone else write this for me. Total Discrimination against Seniors --- still do not have an answer - absolutely atrocious.... User's recommendation: do not use Canpar.
