Matthew’s MO fudging wait times

I tried to check in around 7:15 am to get RFI tire replaced on my trailer and was given some runaround about waiting to check in until after 8 am and we promise we'll put you at the front of the line, and then mentioned that they wouldn't be there but will tell the next shift without asking any information from me. Because they were not trying to get any information obviously this would have just wasted time do they lost a customer in the process. Supposedly this is a policy their manager encourages and it needs to be looked into. I suspect someone is trying to fudge the wait time numbers for a bonus or something, but they are only costing the company business. User's recommendation: If you get the runaround there are several other shops nearby that are happy to take your business.
