Forbs A/C no cooling effect

As per my complaint through your call Center no of about one month back, 2 persons from the local service centre Calicut inspected the A/c & said they need full checkup of the AC and taken it to their service centre near old passport office Kozhikode. I have forgotten to take their phone number by mistake. After one month as on today they have not replied me about the defect. So kindly inform me whether your authorised service representative taken my set and is it under repair with them. User's recommendation: Service representative should inform the customer about the details of the defect forthwith after taking the equipment for service.
