Airbnb had sent a refund to my account that I no longer have with you, had one phone call from you over a week ago saying you cannot find the refund, and despite sending several emails giving all the relevant details NOBODY HAS HAD THE COURTESY OF COMING BACK LETTING ME KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!! Dreadful service! User's recommendation: Terrible service.
