17 months to replace broken sofa. Now new one broke within
1
I paid $3,000 for a leather sofa and loveseat. Within a couple of months a board broke on the back of the sofa. A repairman came out and fixed wrong, so the leather was rubbing, 2nd repairman rigged it to try to make it lean away and bent the frame when that didn't work he said to keep oil on the leather to prevent wear and tear by the rubbing, Yeah right. next repairman comes with wrong part, next repairman comes with same wrong part. After 17 months they decide to replace my set that broke while still under manufacture warranty. They delivered the sofa and it was broke, just like the other one, upon delivery. 3 weeks later they deliver a new one, 3 weeks later same problem. I sent Jeanette Cleveland at the Castleton store an email, she acknowledged she got it, and said someone would call. A month goes by and no call so I sent another email, no response, called the warranty company for the protection plan I bought and they Said I have to contact store because still under manufacture warranty. Save yourself a major headache and pay a little more someplace that stands behind what they sell. Oh, and I did not get my money back for the 1st protection plan, even though I never used it, but had to pay for another protection plan on the replacement furniture.
