Horrible customer service and app

My order didnt go through because of an app glitch, payments obviously went through and was charged. I wasnt aware and checked the app again for delivery status and realised the order didnt go through. I ordered again this time it went through, i was brought to my payment site paylah and realized i was charged for previous unsuccessful order. I tried to reach out out to them with no avail.Its all templated reply, annoying as f*^%!!!Had already countless times bad experience with them for unsuccessful deliveries thats says @ delivered!! Bad mistake using them again.!! User's recommendation: Never use food panda!!
