Frustrated With WRONG Order & VERY POOR Customer Service!!!

I placed an order via Food Panda on 17/7/21 and 1 of the items in my order was WRONG! I wrote in to its help desk, asking for a resolution. The customer service proposed a few options and I replied with the option made. It took them 3DAYS to reply, which clearly DIDNT meet its service standard of reply within 24-hr as promised! In addition, there was a different agent replying to me each time with the SAME QUESTIONS ASKED I had to REPEAT myself AGAIN! Its been 1wk, still unresolved! User's recommendation: VERY LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If you need a refund for a wrong order, be prepared to wait!
