Response to IWin’s response to me
I went through billing on the portal and the person was not helpful. I am getting billed for 2 accounts since last August which I never set up. I have had an account with IWin for years. I would like to be able to get into the other account. I did get a quick response back from IWIN saying they gave me a 9.99 credit to both accounts. That will cover a small portion of what I lost. I still cannot get into my older account because it does not accept a user name just a email. Also, on my older account I bought several games and I now do not have access to those games. They cancelled both of my accounts I do not know what to do about the one I could not get in as they did not share that information with me. Thank you though you were a big help and I am now one of your followers. Pam
