Flip Side Crackers Broken

We have been buying Flip Sides for years. In the last few months, every box has mostly broken crackers. We often severed these with dips, cheese, and just plain snack on. I think something is wrong when they are being packed at company, since I am not the only person experiencing this issue. User's recommendation: Be aware of broken crackers.
