Was charged for two different yearly plans

Look yesterday take from my card 18.99 when march 2 buy my self I buy a plan for 2 camera 18.99 and just work one and I have other suscription expire in August 2021 I have to remove my debit card. And also I don't know and I never used kami o buy I try to call because I want my money back from yesterday and when I call customer service is nothing and I try with the english User's recommendation: Never let you debit card number.
