Went to the Arby's on Telegraph Rd in Taylor, MI. Got home and they didn't give me the chicken tenders for my granddaughter and the condiments I asked for were wrong. When I went back after we ate and asked for a refund for the chicken the manager came to the window and I asked for a refund and told him his employee's need to listen to what people are ordering, he slammed the window. Never apologized. He did refund my money, but he was the rudest manager I've ever encountered. Needless to say that we won't be back!!!
