I have a 15 GB plan and if I want to download something over 200MB it requires me to use WiFi I don’t like it because people will get my info! If I want to download something i should be allowed!

I cant download anything over 200 MB I pay monthly and I should be able to download mortal combat which is over a 1G but I should not have to be on WiFi. I should be able to use my data how I want and when I want because if my 15 GB plan. You have no rite to mess with my plan for I pay monthly for it. User's recommendation: Look into what your options are when you can’t use your data.
