I didn't Wright the e-mail to complain. I just wrote the e-mail to find out if Customer Service can help me out with a couple of questions that I outline in the message. Your service has always been satisfactory, I am not complaining. Thank you for your concerned. User's recommendation: I had recommended other people to joint consumer cellular.
