My brand new Ryobi batteries ordered are shipped soo low in charge they won't charge at all.. The replacements sent are no different. All because of the sleep mode ... What a scam... Your company is making $$$ by offering products that won't work from the start ..then the batteries are resigned so any options to fix it at home are taken away... Dont User's recommendation: Don't buy Ryobi..they wont even answer ther phone.
