RCI granted an extension for our cruise deadline, for which I am truly grateful! Payments were made for this cruise well over two years. I became very upset upon being told deadline to book was missed and cruise was simply lost. It was difficult for me to accept that missing a deadline by 72 hours, especially after a year of Covid and riots, that RCI would not work with me. My husband and I have been RCI members over 35 years. We are very happy that RCI allowed us to book cruise. User's recommendation: Pay close attention to deadlines!!
