No response to emails re lost package and UPS claim filed

A package was delivered to my home on Friday by UPS. No picture was taken and the package is absolutely not there. UPS sent a claim to your company and Ive asked your customer service to please fill out the claim form and upload so I can either get a refund or a replacement order. NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY REQUEST. I HAVE EMAILED 3 TIMES FOR A SIMPLE STATUS UPDATE AND I AM BEING COMPLETELY IGNORED. What kind of customer service is this???
