Change of flight date.
I have been calling justfly for 2 days to change my flight dates since I had a surgery and can not fly. They keep me on hold and no answer. They have a recorded message saying: "do you have a request that could be handled online? Visit our website and submit your request by filling a form on our support page that we are going to answer you by email. First there is no form available. So I did change my travel dates online and paid with my credit card an exorbitant price of $500. I was waiting for the confirmation and justfly emailed me asking to call them at (180********). So I did and no answer again, I have been on hold for 40 minutes. This is a worse customer care experience that I have ever experienced. (1800 (18****750
