Extend the exchange limit

Dear Michel Kors support team, I am writing to you to clarify certain situation and counting on your usual support and cooperation. My husband, already bought me a new collection MK bag from Bahrain-Manama official store on 7/Feb/21 Then he left back to Egypt-Cairo on 7/Feb/21 when presented me the bag, but the bag is not suitable for me and I need to exchange it, noting that currently I am living in Egypt-Cairo. Due to COVID 19 pandemic, lookdown, flight suspensions and the required 14 days quarantines before traveling to other countries, I am afraid that my husband will not be able to make it back to Bahrain on time so he can exchange the bag from same Bahrain-Manama store on the stated 30 days as per purchase receipt I am counting on your support and co-operation to extended the exchange duration for my case up to maximum 90 days, hopping that ha can benefit from exchange option when he is back to Bahrain-Manama Please note also, that I have tried to checked with the only MK store available her in Egypt-Cairo, but they advised that they are not dealing with new collection products and only have very limited basic options, accordingly they cannot exchange my bag as it is not available on their system.
