Sent a watch in for repair via FedEx, everytime I call about it they can't find it but someone signed for it! Started all this mid-May and have been forced to file a report with BBB with my next move being the police! I've asked for a supervisor on several occasions but the agents apparently dont have supervisors and may be pocketing the watches! Either way, mines has sentimental value and I will get it back! Until then, I'll be speaking on this situation every opportunity I get...in every store Do NIT sells MK User's recommendation: Do NOT do business with this brand!
