I ordered two sweaters Jan. 26, 2020. As of July 11, 2020 my items have not arrived. I emailed numerous times inquiring about these items, and finally asked for a full refund. I did not receive my sweaters or a refund. I will never buy from this company again, and I hope this with help anyone who is thinking about purchasing from them as well. User's recommendation: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
