Bought boots

Update by user May 30, 2020 Corachic got back with me and said the boots were delivered. I checked with USPS and they were delivered to someone in Virginia. I live in PA. I emailed back and told them what I discovered. I said I still want my boots. I received an email that they will resend them. That was a month ago. I just sent them another email asking for a tracking number. Still haven’t heard back yet. What a pain. Never again. We called the consumer 9-10 times and left messages and never got in contact with anyone by phone or email. What should we do?
