Terrible customer service and machines ancient and dont work

Summer hill bldg 2 floir 2 d DOWN ro 1 dryer over 2 mths. Cant get customer service on phone automated. Once got thru aftee losing money, they said they reciew and i never got my refund. WHAT Happen to Gordon and Thomas, they where a excellant company with good service and customer service. Avoid CSC User's recommendation: Servic your customers thats what you get paid for.
