I’m gat vol to be abuse as a customer

I have a router contract with Cell C .I gave them instrustion to debit my account on my pay day and they never did now my account is in arreas but doesn't get any data and plus the router doesn't work ever since I got this thing so I don't know what I'm paying for or why is my account in areas for No working router/data and no andand no
