I thought I had cancelled the subscription so I called Checkpeople to get a refund. The nice man offered the membership 3 times, each offer at a lower cost. I told him that I had only seen outdated information on their site so I only wanted the money. He at last said the membership was canceled and refund on its way. I appreciate what you all do but I didnt need to mention you to get the help needed. Thank you Janet Thanks User's recommendation: Make sure to cancel free or low cost trials within a day.
