This company owns and manages rental property. As an HOA manager, I have been trying to get them to maintain a vacant property since February. Occasionally you get to talk to a live person who is nice, but never gets anything done. They have just gotten so big, they cannot respond to issues on individual properties. You leave messages or send email and no response. Probably the worst company I have dealt with in almost 30 years of management. User's recommendation: Be careful.
