I paid for a catnapper sectional in November 2020. One piece is broken and Ive been waiting on a replacement and two storage consoles. Big Sandy in Charleston WV is where I made my purchase. Big Sandy is blaming catnapper for not getting the furniture to them. Ive tried to get a hold of catnapper just to see if this is true but I cant get a person to talk to. User's recommendation: I wouldn’t make this purchase again if I knew then what I know now. I don’t even know whose fault it is that I don’t have my entire sectional yet Big Sandy Furniture or the makes of catnapper furniture.
