For three weeks now I have been having difficulty adding an external transfer to my account.

I have for three weeks attempted to speak with someone to assist me with verifying an external account, and it's not allowing me. I call customer service and after waiting 45 min to an hour I leave my place in cue because I can't wait anymore. When I get a call back I'm either working or driving and can't answer the phone and no one calls me back again. When I finally got through the representative could not help me, so I requested to speak with a supervisor who in turn agreed that there was an internal problem with their online banking, but she would call me back. Never did! I then sent a message through online banking two times and yet no one has called me or resolved my problem! I have been with this bank for 20 years!
