Broken shells

I've always been satisfied with your product until the last 2 times I've bought stand and stuff shells. Every one of the shells were broke into pieces. It was like someone stepped on them, but the package wasn't damaged. I just wanted you to be aware of the problem. User's recommendation: I'm going to keep buying their products.
