I have bought my flight from Porto, Portugal, to Brazil, by OPODO, from April 7th to 22nd, when I had my RT PCR to travel, it got positive, so it was impossible to travel in this date. My husband who are in Portugal, call OPODO, and them change my flight to May 10th, but I had 210 Euros for penalty fee!!! It is wrong! I cannot travel because I am sick, all airlines accept this, including LATAM, that fly from POA to GRU to start my flight with Iberia. I need some compensation, it is not fair, I didn't ask to get COVID-19! Please help me.
