Getting in touch with anyone at Troy Bilt is an experience of nothing more than colossal futility, aggravation and zero customer service access. It is clearly evident based upon my phone call to them recently that they have absolutely nothing to say nor do they want to engage in any type of dialogue with their customers. When I called you have to go through a series of automated prompts about what kind of product you have, what issue you have with one of their products, etc. What ends up happening is they take you back to the main menu over and over. again. User's recommendation: Avoid Troy-Bilt, they’re only interested in one thing and that’s your money.
