After contacting Pissedconsumer and expressing my complaint I was tremendously surprised to hear from The Body Shop It was very gracious of The Body Shop to refund me for the items in question. Thank you for being understanding in this matter as a long time customer of The Body Shop and now a future one still Sincerely Diana User's recommendation: To know what the guidelines are for returns refunds exchanges with a online store before ordering.
