Unbelievable im a amputee i couldn’t use my glass in PT

I couldn't wear my glasses in PT, Im an amputee trying to learn how to walk again. I was told there is nothing they could do because they already turn it in to insurance. Unbelievable. Talk me down in front other customers. I need glasses to help me in PT. YOUR COMPANY SUX.....
