I have been trying to contact Lord and Taylor. I know they went bankrupt but the company that bought them is stealing customers money by not refunding returns. You can still order on line only, but their isn't anyway you can contact them. SO if you have a problem No way to get answers. I texted, sent emails to get my refund But no answers no respond. (Stay away) User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
