Transferred FOUR TIMES to wrong department, including long recording to purchase medical alert button. Worst customer service ever to a long-time excellent customer! On phone more than one hour simply to change billing from checking to credit card! Never directed to proper contact and out of patience and energy. Expected professionalism...horrible!! Sorry for other subscribers with less stamina. User's recommendation: Do not expect efficient Customer Service.
