I AM DISALLOWED TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE???? I NEED DRS.! UHC PAID FOR RX GLASSES ( WALMART) IN 2019! THEY CAME BACK BROKEN AND NASTY ,AND I COULDN'T SEE ONE THING THROUGH THEM! I TOLD DR.WHEN SHE WROTE THE SCRIPT, THAT WAS WHAT I WORE IN 2003! THEN I WROTE UHC AND EXPLAINED WHAT I AM NOW! UHC RESPONDED ," GLAD YOU GOT YOUR GLASSES AND YOU CAN NOW SEE!"!
